Where exactly is Texas Estate?

What title does the land have?
A valid Global Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), so your ownership is secure and can be verified.
Is there a documentation or survey fee?
No. Prices include all documentation, and every buyer gets a provisional survey at no extra cost.
How does the payment plan work?
Pay the initial deposit, then spread the balance over 3 months at 0% interest. The total is the same as paying outright. The full amount must be paid before physical allocation.
When will my plot be allocated?
Allocation is done in batches once your land is fully paid for. You get a Letter of Allocation immediately after.
Can I start building immediately?
Yes. You can start construction once your plot has been allocated.
Must I follow a fixed building design?
